Air expands in area causing the fully air tight tyre to expand more which eventually bursts the tyre. In normal condition air molecules are close to each other but when air is heated due to hot climate, air molecules moves far from each other causing air to expand.

because when we overfill the tyres the parties of the gas which we filled in the tyres continuously strikes on the surface of the tube and the burst
