During summer, there is lot of heat. This heat is transferred in our body and because of this sweat is released by our body.

Similarly when we do heavy exercise, our body goes through many rigorous movements. These brisk movements not only make us fit but also produces heat inside our body.

We sweat during summer and heavy exercise in order to maintain the body temperature .

EXPLANATION:

To maintain the temperature of the body we do heavy exercise and do sweating in summer.

When we feel hot in summer and due to heavy exercise our heart rate go on increasing and also the blood flow speeds up, warming up and it releases sweat. In this way a cooling mechanism works to prevent over heating in form of sweat.
