In a normal weather conditions we compensate the higher outside temperature by the natural cooling system of our body .i.e. Sweating .
Sweating keeps our body cool as water evaporates from the small pores on the skin, transferring the body heat to the air.
In relatively high humid conditions our body cooling system starts to fail as the rate of evaporation of water from the skin decreases.
So at even the normal outside temperature say,90*F feels like it is 110*F
As we feel hotter in humid conditions we then tend to sweat more and more.
