"we the people of india" resolved to constitute india into a democratic Republic to secure to all its citizens:justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity. but the people are disillusioned because the state of affairs is not a good as they had expected it be. mention any three reasons to explain why is it so?

There is very thin line between freedom of speech and law of sedition, as has been the case with the term disaffection and disillusionment. Power of criticising is a democratic right but when criticism endangers sovereignty, it is sedition indeed.
