This statement means that we wear clothes according to the weather to comfort our daily lives.

For example, in summer, we wear clothes that can absorb sweat and keep as protected from the heat of the Sun, like clothes made of cotton fibres.

In winter , we wear clothes that keep us protected from the cold. These clothes are usually thick. For example ,jackets.

In season of rains, we wear clothes that can keep us protected from the rain and help us to be comfortable in humidity .

So this is how we wear clothes suited to the weather.

Hope it helps you.
