:- The Mariner is suffering from extreme and severe cold . There were nothing but fog and mist there all around . There was no any trace of living organism during their ways . The indication of organisms also show that life exists there but they even hadn't found a single organism through their way . And they continued to sail in hope .
With their every step ahead they were facing different challenges from nature that can even kill the entire people of ship . They were surrounded with ice and ice everywhere . Whenever the ice broke , to make way through it to pass , it sounded like hawling and grwaling .
Even not a single sound was heard from anywhere . And it was observed by mariner that they were the first to break the silence of that surrounding . And they were producing sound just to break the silence of the sea .
So , here mariner says that they the the first to break the silence of sea .

after a few good days following the killing of the albatross , the mariner tells the wedding guest dat that then came the time when there were no waves in the sea ,no one could be seen , and they felt like they were the first ones to enter that area .
they were the only ones who spoke to break the huge unbearable silence.
the mariner says that the sun shone brightly and the water they had was finishing and their throats were drying,their tongues split due to thirst and their were creepy slimmy creatures roaming all above the sea
