The weakest inter-molecular forces are present in Elastomers.
Elastomers : These are elastic like strong polymers in which the polymer chains are held together by weakest intermolecular powers, e.g., characteristic elastic, buna-S, buna-N and so on . The frail restricting powers allow the polymers to be extended. A couple of 'cross connections' are presented in the middle of the chains, which assist the polymer with retracting to its unique position after the power is discharged as in vulcanized elastic.
