Answer:

Newton's three laws of motion may be stated as follows:

Every object in a state of uniform motion will remain in that state of motion unless an external force acts on it.

Force equals mass times acceleration [ $ f(t)=m\,a(t)$ ].

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

Explanation:

  • Seat belts and helmet have always been recommended as safety measures to be taken while driving.
  • Helmets should be used  positively while on a bike as in case of an accident when the body falls on the ground the head being the most vital part that needs to be protected when the body and head hits the ground the force exerted by ground on head will be equal to force with which head hits ground as per Newton’s  Law of Motion that says "every action" has an "equal and opposite reaction".
  • Similarly in case of seat belts a car that is in a state of motion will stop suddenly in case of an accident and wearing a seat belt would stop our body from moving due to inertia.
  • Hence preventing bus from consequences Which is again a law of motion stated by Newton that a body remains in a state of motion or static unless an external force acts upon it.
