you can't say that because there are some stories which can be true and their are some stories written by the writer are written in so effectively that it seems to be true.

we can say false and even true because few group of people say that ghosts really exist and few say it just to threaten you so they say that. we cant believe what is true or false. we can or cannot believe it, it depends on the mind set of the guy. but according to the science and technology many people don't believe it.
