We know acceleration due to gravity in moon is equal to 1/6 th of Earth gravity
g¹ = g/6
weight = force exerted by gravitational feild on object (note:- object must be at rest)
according to the newton's second law of motion (if mass is constant)
Fnet = Ma
24 = M(g)/6
24×6/g = M
on the Earth
acceleration due to gravity = a = g
Fnet = MA
= (24×6/g)×g
= 24×6
= 144N is your answer
