Answer:

The force that mass exerts due to gravity changes. The force of gravity on her moon is approximately 1/6th thst of earth. So therefore the force or weight of a 60kg mass will be 10kg off weight (not converting to Newton's ofcourse).

Weight of an object on moon = 60 N (Newton)

We know,

Weight of an object shown in moon in one - sixth (1/6) the weight shown in the earth.

Or,

Wₑ = 6 × Wₘ

where,

  • Wₑ = Weight of an object in Earth,
  • Wₘ = Weight of the particular object in moon.

∴ Wₑ = 6 × (60 N)

⟹ Wₑ = 360 N (Solution)
