It is an old saying that 'a sound mind lies in a sound body.' The physical and mental fitness is the most important asset of an individual while as the unhealthy people become a liability for others, despite of so much love and affection. All-round development of an individual is possible only if the person is healthy.

The welfare of society also depends upon the well-being of an individual. If I am fit, I would contribute to the welfare of my society. If I am healthy, I can suggest good for the welfare of my society. Healthy people are always positive and see the things positively.

If I am healthy, I can fulfill my own duty as well as my duty towards my society. If I am healthy and happy, I could make my society same. I can work for the poor and downtrodden people of my society. A healthy person plays a vital role in making a better society.

If I am not healthy, I may never do any good for my society. If I am healthy, I could actively take part in the affairs of the society and make them better. I can suggest the people of my society, how to live a healthy and happy life.

If I am healthy I can participate in the affairs of the state and thus contribute towards the economic and political development of my country. An unhealthy man can not positively contribute towards the society. A healthy man is an inspiration and role model for society. If I am healthy, I would be politically, socially, and economically advanced and work for my society accordingly.
