(a) Hari tells himself that he had not stolen anything from a long time and if he did not do so he will be out of practice to steal and Anil did not even pay him so he needed to steal money for his living.

(b) Hari decided to steal money as he needed money for his daily living and also he was a theif.

(c) Initially Anil does not pay anything to Hari but after his book gets sold and he earns some money he promises to pay Hari regularly.

(d) According to Hari ,Anil would have spent all his money on his friends, party and all unnecessary things. So,he stole his money....
