Well well well, today was a hectic day and it was packed as HECK!
its 3:18 am here and I cannot sleep.
I want suggestions in a way I can increase my sleep efficiency so that I wont be tired tomorrow morning.
sorry, concidering this being a study app, I though i could get tips, but please dont report it until I get an answer! I literally sleep for like 2 hours a day~ *-*

you can use some relaxing music available on you tube (it's really helpful from my experience)
or you can..
- massage the point between your eyebrows for about 35 seconds (it will cure any kind of headache or stress)
the above are the tips that I've used and found helpful : )
if you still have problems related to sleep, ask your doctor about taking melatonin pills (but please don't take melatonin without a doctor's concern, it can be harmful)
