⏺️Health is the most important part of our life.
⏺️Our happiness depends mostly on our health conditions.
I always reminds the poem 'Early to bed and early to rise'.
⏺️Late night sleeping reduces memory power.
⏺️I think body fitness is the simple secret of healthy life.
⏺️Overweight means 60% chances of acquiring diseases.
⏺️Health starts from our eating habits and food quality.
⏺️We should believe in the formula that 'my food is my medicine'.
⏺️Unnecessary eating is injurious to our fitness.
⏺️As children have less taste of vegetables therefore they should be taught about benefits of vegetables.
⏺️Bad addiction is the first danger to damage our health.
⏺️Tobacco, wine and gambling to be remembered as top three killers.
⏺️We must play daily.
⏺️Daily 3 to 4 km brisk walking can keep us fit and healthy.
