NO ECECTIONS ARE NOT FREE .... THERE WILL BE A HUGE BUDGET PASS BY THE ELECTION COMMITTEE'S

it is not very fair in India because there is very much waste of time in voting and then result .
like other abroad countries their result of election voted in a few days .... so the Indian government should have to point out these things.
