Were schools for African American children the same as other schools? Explain your answer.

No if we are talking about the 1950s the answer is no because and actually most black people did not have a education, But the ones who did they weren't treated as fairly also, black schools or sometimes called HBCUs had some of the shorter end of the stick as in case the worst products for the school and bad water it wasn't  pleasant but also some black students were able to cross that line and go to white schools but very few.
