it is debatable and a topic o controversy regarding the party for the separation. if the acclaim that jinnah wanted the partition then, for muslims the partition was vital and mandatory and their ideological mindset was deeply rooted. if britishers were claimed to divide india, it was unavoidable, yet desirable. i agree that ideological foundations of Pakistan so Firm that separation was inevitable because there was a want for an all-islam-country and thus it was divided.
