Yes very often. Earlier I used to be late always to the school because our PT ma'am was kind and tried her best not to punish the late comers but one day she lost her cool when I came late told me that I'll be punished. I begged her mercy and she told me that she'll leave me on one condition and that is that I must decide a punishment for myself at that point and if I'm late again then she will not have to punish me and I should get punished myself. I took her words very lightly (my biggest mistake ever but now I think that was a good decision) bcoz she hardly punishes anyone but she punishes few children when she's angry. I told her that I'll do 100 sit-ups and would stand with my hands up for the rest of the day.

The next day, I was late and PT ma'am told me to do what I promised. I begged forgiveness again but today she was very much angry and told me to either face the punishment or she'll call my parents. She took me to her chamber where I did 100 sit-ups and stand with hands up for the rest of the day and I can't tell you how painful it was to stand in that position for 6 hours. But from that day, I was never late and now I am much thankful to my PT teacher for not forgiving me that day and punishing me as it developed a habit of punctality in me.
