Wet clothes dry more quickly on a warm dry day than on a cold humid day. Explain?

because sun s rays when directly fall into the clothes the clothes evaporate the water through evapouration and this is how dwet clothes dry more quickly on a warm day than on a cold day.

it is due to as on a humid day the atmosphere is loaded with moisture and cannot take more moisture. But on a warm dry day the atmosphere is not laiden with moist.
