Wha do you do to keep healthy

As we know being healthy is one of the most important thing in our life. To be healthy we should eat healthy food daily that is the vegetables and fruits and avoid junk food as much as possible. Doing daily exercise is also important to be healthy. Also meditation and yoga are a ways of being healthy from mind and physically too.
