Wha does the law of conservation of Mass have to do with physical changes?

1. The law of conservation of mass states that "after collision the total mass of both the objects remains constant."
2. It is driven by F=ma .
3. But it doesn't descrives about any chemical or physical changes.
4. Hence we can say that as the mass of body is heavier the distruction of heavy bodies will be more.
