I) They are more rigid.
II) They have 'Cell Wall' of their own.
III) They have one large vacuole of their own.
IV) They have 'Plastids'.
V) There shape is fixed.
ANIMAL CELLS:-
I) They are very flexible.
II) They don't have cell wall.
III) They don't contain vacuoles or are present only as small vacuoles.
IV) They don't have 'Plastids'.
V) Their shape Irregular/Not Fixed.
