stomata are the structures which are present on the surface of leaf which stimulate the process the transpiration and and plants consume CO2 through these structures which is main substrate in process of photosynthesis

chloroplast are circular shaped structure which contain pigments called chlorophyll which traps sunlight and helps in photosynthesis
