Whar would have happened if meiosis not occur during the production of human sperm cell and egg cell?

In this above mentioned case the sperm cell and egg cell will not undergo reductional division,i.e, meiosis and due to which the chromosome number will remain diploid
egg cell (2n) and sperm cell(2n) and after their fertilization the resulting zygote will be 4n which will be a new species other humans(homosapiens)
Every fertilization then will give rise to a new species.
