Termites belong to class insect and its family name is isopteran. Now a day it is the great problem of the community of Pakistan. It has worker, queen, kings and soldier and everyone has their own duty. The king and queen mate with each other and produce the young one while the soldiers work for the safety of termites. The worker tries for their food. It is a social insect and one mound equal to 2884 termites. It has many species. This insect is present in all world sub continent except Antarctica. Seeing to its importance the present study was arranged in April, 2020. The study universe was Pakistan and the major objective was to know the termites economic and control aspects in Pakistan. Total 10 articles were downloaded from the net and read many times and daily basis experiences were also included in conclusion of the result. The results indicate that termites have advantages as well as disadvantages. It damages the products which made from wood as well as the growth of the living plants in the farm. It has great problem for the farmer of Pakistan which eat the stalk of the wheat, maize and the sugarcane and also affect the growth of vegetables. From different sources it enters into the field and makes the environment unfavorable for the plants and affects its production, which later on creates the problem of food crisis in the country. Similarly termites have attacked on the forest of Pakistan and damage 10 to 20 percent wood of the Pakistani forest. Subsequently termites eat the wood of the cupboard, doors and building in Pakistan. Researchers of Pakistan conduct research and they think that how to control this problem in the country. Different methodologies such as biological control, Chemical control, culture control and integrated control were applied for its control while still this problem is facing to the community of Pakistan. Different programs were launched in Pakistan for its control. Termites as well have also few advantages. It converts the wood into soil which keeps great percentage of nitrogen which play great role in the development of plant growth. Similarly termites are eaten by few countries in the world. It always attacked on harmful organism and kills them. So God has created everything for some purpose in this world. Therefore sometime instead of disadvantage the advantages is more so scientist of the world try to kill them but later on his activity disturb the ecosystem of the world. Similar storey was also occurred in the China in 1958. The president ordered to kill the sparrow in the country because sparrows eat the grain of the crops. On the order of King, they have killed all sparrow while latter on different insects have attacked on the crop which created the problem of the food crises in the country and killed three corer people in the country. On the basis of problems the study recommends to start one unit program for its control in the country; Country irrigation canal should be cleaned; Every farmer should cultivate the farm very well and mix some chemical for its controlling; Useful organism such as birds, Chimpanzee, chicken, wolf, beetle should be multiplied in the affected area for its controlling; Always use integrated management program for termites eradication in the country; Good quarantine should be applied in the area; Attractive sticks should be fit around the farm for controlling the crops from termites; Biological control should be not disturbed in the area; Tight supervision should be applied by farmer for entering the termites into the farm; Farmer unity is required for its controlling; Never use the raw dung in the field as a fertilizer because it multiply the termites in the crop farm. Use proper and suitable chemical for its control; Hot water and Freeze water also decrease the attack of the termites; Proper irrigation should be applied; Awareness of the farmer is required; Mounds in the farm should be destroyed by culture and chemical control.
