BR Ambedkar is known as the Father of Indian Constitution.He played a major role in drafting our constitution.He was the chairman of the Drafting Commision.

According to him "Equality of Oppurtunities"is the new objective of our Constitution and also as a Fundamental Right.Refarding the Constitutional remedies,he only supported this act or right .The special priveleges and oppurtunities for socially backward classes is the thing he wanted to include as Equality of oppurtunity specially to socially vackward people.He established Article 32,which contains this right,as the most important part of our constitution.

For this ,in almost all the sectors of job oppurtunities ,a place is reserved for socially backward people.It is a great feature which is unique to our constitution.
