1 kindness - every person should be kind to everyone as kindhearted persons are remembered for long even after death.
2.forgiveness- a person should forgive and give another chance to the person as you never know when you will be in need of that 2nd chance , if you dont know how to forgive than you have no right to expect forgiveness from others.
