Each year though you may have to teach the same book, the students are different, they have different personalities, different names, different attitudes. it is a challenge to understand different students because each and every person is unique which is a fun task in itself. it is like unraveling the mystery of every single student. the joy you feel when the student you have taught reaches great heights. it is refreshing to play such an important role , because in a way, a teacher is not only your mentor but also like a second mother to you. you help the students discover their potential. sometimes it is hard to understand certain students who are not easily likable as they are disobedient but then what is mot amazing is that teaching challenges you, students question your beliefs, your morals and sometimes you learn from students too. teaching keeps you engaged as you devise new strategies to teach students, to make the class more entertaining, more fun
