What act passed by our Parliament is related to our commitment to CBD?

In pursuance of CBD, the Indian Parliament passed the Biological Diversity Act 2002 (BDA) for: 1) conservation of biodiversity, 2) sustainable use of its components, and 3) fair and equitable sharing of benefits arising out of the use of biological resources and associated traditional knowledge.
