When it comes down to it, what made mother Teresa so exceptional was her love for others. She loved people and sacrificed of herself to help them.

As opposed to most Americans, we are quick to spend $5 at Starbucks, but hesitate to donate anything to those in need. Obviously that comment is a generalization, and anyone who does care for the poor should know they are doing the right thing.

You may disagree with mother Teresa's theology, but she did what she could to help those in need.
