THESE ARE THE COMBINATION OF ELECTRIC AND MAGNETIC FIELD .
ELECTRIC FIELD IS PRODUCED BY STATIONARY CHARGE AND MAGNETIC FIELD IS PRODUCED BY MOVING CHARGE.
FOR EXAMPLE WHEN MAGNITIC FLUX CHANGES IN A COIL EMF IS INDUCED IN THE COIL , THIS INDUCED EMF PRODUCES INDUCED CURRENT SO ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD IS PRODUCED .

because an electromagnetic field is a classical field produced by moving electric charges. It is the field described by classical electrodynamics and is the classical counterpart to the quantized electromagnetic field tensor in quantum electrodynamics
