The advantages which Indian rulers got from the English (British) are as follows -

• Unified India : Before the arrival of the British rulers in our country,the India was highly divided into smaller local bodies under the rule of different local rulers. There was no concept of an united nation but the Britishers indirectly established the concept of united nation by establishing their own colonialism.

• Better education : The Britishers established the modern western education system in our country which was based upon science. This helped a lot in the human resource development of our country which was extremely beneficial for the Indian rulers of that time period.

• Religious to political dominance : Before the arrival of the British rulers,the religious leaders were kind of dominating the rulership of our country in many different ways. But,with the arrival of the Britishers,the rulership power was diverted towards the political aspects.
