Answer:

Get ready for a lifetime of other people thinking they know more about how to do your job than you do, be ready to count the pennies for the rest of your life, know that however much you do, there is always more you should be doing, and that those who should be on your side - parents, school administrators, tech support - will often be a major source of your problems. That said, teaching is the greatest job ever, you get to help people grow and become who they want to be. You will probably love your students and your teacher friends will be a great help. Remember that every student is unique, every class will be different, you will always be challenged and excited by your work and you will never stop learning.

Explanation:

Make learning interesting. Students should be excited once they hear the subject that you would be teaching or when they hear your name. Bring fun to class. There are several ways of explaining each and everything. Chose that particular which is fun yet thought provoking..

And the best advice is "Be Patient While Teaching!!"

Once my uncle who has been working as a teacher in a school had to teach a small child who knows numbers that 6>5. Before he could teach i tried explaining for about 5 min and i was irritated, so gave up. He came to her, slowly he started. He explained her through different means like as her age increases by she grows old so 5>6, as no. of chocolates increase when u add an extra chocolate and so on. It was such a simple thing and to make her understand almost 15-20 min. He never gave up till she felt that she got the correct answer. And through out those 15-20 min, i never saw him shouting at her or getting irritated.

Then i understood that the best quality a teacher should possess is "Be patient while teaching, teach by trying to associate stuff that are related to the students and finally dont give up till the student understands every single thing."
