but if people are educated then they can think to the measures for controlling it
for example ,in tamil nadu, there are lacks of engineers who are qualified but unemployed..so if there is no population explotion then there is no more unemployment,,that is the number of people who are quallified will be getting jobs easily
and meanwhile if people are in jobs,then there is no poverty to that extinct as now..
