Cao + CO2 ➡ CaCO3

  1. 44 gms of CO2➡100 gms of CaCO3
  2. 66 gms of CO2➡?{let us assume x}
  3. 44x=100 × 66{criss cross multiplication}
  4. ': x={100×66}÷44
  5. x = 100 ×(3/2)
  6. x = 50 × 3
  7. therefore x = 150
  8. Hence it gives or requires 150gms of CaCO3.
