2] The accleration which is gained by an object because of the gravitaional force is called acceleration due to gravity.

3] The lowest velocity which a body must have in order to escape the gravitational attraction of a particular planet or other object.

2) The Acceleration produced in a body due gravitational force of the earth is called the acceleration due to gravity.

3) when a body is thrown vertically upward from the surface of the earth , the initial velocity of the body which is able to overcome the downward pull by the earth and can escape the earth forever is called the escape velocity.
