Effects of irregular income on the poor:
a. Poor people become targets of hunger, food insecurity because of seasonal nature of work, ,most of them are poor agricultural laborers in rural areas and become victims of seasonal nature of agriculture with no regular incomes.
b. Like wise in urban areas the casual workers working in unorganized sector become vulnerable to hunger as they fail to get work throughout the year with no stability in their incomes. They are forced to live in slums because of their irregular incomes.
