The dialysing membrane allows small particles such as water and mineral ions to pass through it. Due to the absence of nitrogenous waste in the dialysing fluid, they easily pass through the membrane from the blood to the dialysis fluid due to the concentration gradient.

Dialysing fluid has the same concentration as that of blood....but the difference is that it (dialysing fluid) does not have nitrogenous wastes like urea , ammonia , etc
So in this way the blood gets filtered ...
