Acid = Acids are the compounds which give hydrogen ion in water solution.
Example : H+ + Cl-
Base = Bases are the compound which give hydroxide ion in water solution.
Example : K+ + OH-
Salts = Salts are compound obtained by replacement of H from Acid by a metal.
Example : HCl --> NaCl

BASES - a base is a compound which when reacts with an hydronium ions of a acid gives salt and water only.
E.g. - Ca(OH)2

SALT - salts are compound which are formed by the complete or partial replacement of the replaceable hydrogen ions of an acid by a metallic ion or ammonium ion.
E.g. NaCl
