Adequate proteins are the complete set of essential amino acids which are required to meet the daily need of diet. Proteins obtained from legumes or nuts are combined with beans, rice, milk etc to complete the amino acids required.
Hydrogen bond stabilizes the structure of protein by stabilizing the side chain. Stability of protein structure can either be achieved by intermolecular hydrogen bond or intramolecular hydrogen bond. intermolecular hydrogen bonding takes place between the side chains of two different molecule of protein whereas intramolecular hydrogen bonding takes place within the protein structure to stablize it.
