Advantages of warm blood:

1. They can stay active in cold environments.
2. It is easy for them to survive almost everywhere.

Disadvantages of warm blood:

1. Energy is a bigger requirement.
2. Smaller warm blooded animals have to worry more about their heat.
3. Viruses,bacteria and parasites live with warm blood animals.

Advantages of cold blod:

1. They don't need as much enegy to survive.
2. Food isn't as big of a requirement as warm blooded animals.
3. They don't have to burn a lot of food to maintain their temperature.

Disadvantages of cold blood:

1. They could hardly move in cold environment.
2. They have to be warm to mate and reproduce.
3. They have to depend to much on their temperature.
