Advantages :
1.people have the right to choose their leaders
2.people can form organizations
3.all people are treated equlal
4.people have the freedom of press
5.if people do not like the government, then they can remove them
Disadvantages:
1.leaders use all the dirty tricks and methods to win elections
2.they try to demand votes on the basis of religion ,caste ,culture etc.
3.they do everything to defeat their opponents
