what are advantages and disadvantages of pucca house.

the advantages are - it will last for many years , i.e it will be permanent and it will not be destroyed by huge winds.
 on the other side the disadvantages are -  sometimes the water might leak or the concrete may break .sometimes it will be really hot inside the house
