There are many advantages of the democracy. It gives the citizen the ample right over how they should be governed. This form of government is of the people, for the people and by the people, this ensures the citizen of the country are domineering power in this governmental form. Democracy ensures that the power doesn't lie in a single hand or a group of people. It conducts elections on regular basis. It gives voting right to everyone above the age of 18. It gives every citizen of the country to stand in election which his manifesto and aims for a better nation. The government is responsible and is answerable to the poeple for its action. Non Democratic In the non democracy the people are governed by a single person or a authority. The people of the country are not answerable to the action taken by the ruler or the dictator. The rulers can only be the member of a particular family. We see many differences in the two forms yet democracy is better, it gives the right to all the citizen irrespective of caste or religion. 1.       It save  time , money & labor from formation of new government  & avoid the delay in policy making & new law enforcement

2.       Avoid the chance of wrong choice during the democracy rule if Leader of Non democratic government is good & accountable.

3.       Fast action & quick results. If things are not on place then still we have time to make them correct.

4.       In last 50 years countries having Non Democratic government achieved more economic growth.
