Organs(except brain) play no role in the sensation pathway.

A sensation is received by brain. The sensation reaches brain via neuron (in form of electrical impulses).
the brain is stimulated by these electrical impulses.

These “impulse of sense” are understood and processed by brain. The brain, hence determines what sense it is. Like Pressure, Temperature etc.

In case of reflex, the electrical impulse may go to Spinal Cord or Brain depending on location of impulse generation.
