Alloys are homogenous mixture of 2 or more metals or non-metals.
Alloys are prepared by melting the primary metal and mixing other metals and cooling at room temperature.
Brass- copper and zinc
Bronze - copper and tin
In both cases copper is primary and zinc and tin is secondary
Alloys are better because alloys improves the quality of metals.
