Alloys are the mixture of metals, non-metals, metals and non-metals. They are made by mixing its constituents in the molten state.

alloys are mixtures of two or more metals or a metals and a non metal and cannot be separated into their components by physical methods . but still an alloy considered as a mixtures because it shows the properties of its constituents and can have variable composition. for example Brass
