Amphibians:

They are vertebrates which belong to class Amphibia. Amphibians spend a major part of their adult lives on land, while their eggs and larvel stages are aquatic. Eggs are laid in water.

Larvae breathe by means of gills. But adult amphibians breadth by means of lungs.

☛ Amphibians have a smooth, non-scaly, moist or slimy skin. The eardrum ( tympanum ) lies on the surface of skin. They have five-fingered (pentadactyl) limbs, and three-chambared heart. They are cold-blooded.
