What are amphteric metals? Give examples.

A metal that displaces hydrogen both from acid and alkali are called amphteric metals.

For Example:- Zn, Pb, Al, etc.

Those metals which shows acidic as well as basic property are called amphoteric oxide.

E.g., aluminum(Al) and zinc(Zn)
